Even though mail is flowing once again, we typically like to use email or digital file sharing to exchange documents with clients as well as Interac e-Transfers or EFTs for payments and refunds.

When it comes to ensuring your timely payments, we encourage you to use one of the following methods:

• Interac e-Transfer to banking@mhkinsurance.com (Automatic Deposit) – Include your policy number in the note
• Visit your bank to send an EFT directly to the MHK bank account – Bank 004 Transit 82389   Account 07015317368
• Cash or debit (in office during business hours)
• Speak with your broker about paying by credit card or setting up MHK’s Monthly Payment Plan

If you still prefer to pay by cheque, please make it payable to MHK Insurance and drop it off at our office to avoid delays with processing your payment. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you are expecting a refund from us, we have a few options other than sending a cheque by mail:

• Interac e-Transfer to your email
• EFT – Provide us with a void cheque or direct deposit form (This method takes two business days to process.)
• Pick up the cheque at our office
