In the event of a complete mail service disruption (or during the current mail delivery delays due to the CUPW overtime ban), we will focus on our digital methods of document delivery (by email) and payments (by Interac e-transfer or EFT) between MHK and our clients.

Please remember, you are still responsible for paying your premiums on time in order to keep your insurance protection in effect. Therefore, we encourage you to use one of the following methods:

·    Interac e-transfer to banking@mhkinsurance.com (Automatic Deposit) – Include your policy number in the note

·    Visit your bank to send an EFT directly to the MHK bank account – Bank 004  Transit 82389  Account 07015317368

·    Visit our office to pay by cash, debit or cheque during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (https://www.mhkinsurance.com/contact/)

·    Call to speak with your broker about paying by credit card or setting up MHK’s Monthly Payment Plan

If you are expecting a refund from us, we have a few options that your broker will discuss with you:

·    Interac e-transfer

·    EFT – Requires sending us a void cheque or direct deposit form (this takes two business days to process)

·    Cheque – Requires visiting an office to pick it up
